The cool summer weather that we had been experiencing seems to have come to an end, for another month at least.  However, that doesn't mean that you won't want cool cotton garments for keeping your shoulders and arms warm during cool evenings and nights.
 
Here's the good news -- summer yarns are going on sale from August 15, 2009.  Get 20% - 30% off the regular prices on all summer yarns.  Those would be cottons, cotton blends, linen yarns, bamboo blends, etc. 
 
For scarf knitters eager to get a head start on the gift-giving season, last year's wools are also on sale for 50% off the regular prices.  There are still good selections of these yarns, and the early shoppers will get the best selection.
 
On August 22, 2009 (Saturday), there will be a sidewalk sale throughout the Lindsay downtown area.  Look for incredible bargains.
